My journey into user research stems from a deep-seated fascination with human behavior and understanding why people do what they do. This curiosity first found expression when I delved into the world of intellectual property rights. As a Patent Engineer, I wasn't just researching and processing technical documents – I was exploring the frontier of human innovation, analyzing how new technologies could transform lives!
Working with patents sparked a deeper question: beyond the technical specifications, what about the humans using these innovations? This revelation led me to pursue an MSc in Human-Computer Interactive Technologies at the University of York, where my passion for understanding user experiences truly flourished.
